Measuring fixtures are essential for the precise positioning of components during the measuring process. Our individually manufactured measuring fixtures guarantee maximum precision and stability and are robust and durable. They enable efficient and precise quality assurance and can be flexibly adapted to different components. Measuring gauge - Smart Testing Solution (STM) and leak testing devices
With the “measuring gauge” Smart Testing Solution (STS) from Protech Lehrenbau, components can be measured and tested on site directly in production. It is intended as a digital alternative to a measuring machine in a measuring room or to manual measurement with dial gauges in production. With the digital measuring process from the Wolpert Group subsidiary, body parts, for example, can be 100% measured in production. Mobile and flexible measuring systems up to a size of 4000 x 1600 x 2100 mm (X, Y, Z) can be built. The measured values are recorded either tactilely with Tesa-compatible measuring probes or contactlessly using standard measuring or camera sensors. The measuring sensors also detect unstable and critical areas. With the camera sensors, for example, holes can be checked both for their position and for their mere existence. The measurement processes can be both partially and fully automated.
The values are measured either at the touch of a button or by touch, all at once or one after the other. The measurement results can be output in various formats. In addition to the graphical display of measured values and an image of the component, traffic light displays can also be output. The values are recorded statistically and can be evaluated immediately if required. Collected data can be exported and transferred in the data formats commonly used in the automotive industry. Before measuring, the measuring gauge is calibrated using various references.

The gauge capability test is an important procedure for ensuring the accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, stability and linearity of measuring and testing devices as well as special gauges.
